It aims to get a nurse into recovery early and back to safe practice. It is demanding and self-funded (screening, treatment, evaluations, a minimum of about three years&rsquo; monitoring), and nurses who aren&rsquo;t eligible may instead face the <strong>public<\/strong> Discipline Program.
