How do I access my courses after purchase?

Your courses are assigned to your Account once purchased. Please click on ‘My Account/Login’ button that is in top right of the website and login using the same email and password that you mentioned when making the courses purchase. You will then be in your Account where you will see the courses. You can click and start doing the courses as you wish.

Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?

Yes you will be able to download your Certificate of Completion at the end of each course. It will mention the CPD (continuing professional development) hours.

What if I fail the Post Course Assessment?

You need to score 80% to successfully complete the Post Course Assessment. You can attempt as many times as needed. The number of attempts is not mentioned on your Certificate of Completion.

Do I get CPD hours/points with the courses?

Yes you do. Each course is for 2 CPD hours/points and this is mentioned on the certifcate. The courses are not accredited or registered with any other organisation, thus you are responsible for confirming with your regulatory or professional body how it meets their specific CPD or continuing education requirements.
